OMIC Enters Into Partnership with New Jersey Academy of Ophthalmology

We are excited to announce that the New Jersey Academy of Ophthalmology (NJAO) has become OMIC’s 46th educational alliance partner. Through this agreement, OMIC policyholders who are members of NJAO will earn a special premium discount when they participate in our risk management program.

The discount, currently averaging nearly $1,500, will automatically be applied for NJAO members each year if they participate in any OMIC risk management activity, including live seminars, recorded courses, or home study.

OMIC policyholders who are members of state and subspecialty ophthalmic societies with an OMIC educational alliance currently earn an 10% risk management discount when they complete an approved OMIC risk management event. OMIC has issued more than $13 Million in credits to members of these Educational Alliances (also referred to as cooperative ventures).
