OMIC Declares Dividend to be Paid in 2015

As a result of our continued favorable operating performance, we are pleased to announce that OMIC’s Board of Directors approved a 25% dividend for all active physician insureds as of December 31, 2014, to be applied as a credit to your 2015 renewal premium.
