AAO 2011 Orlando: OMIC Exhibit Notes

A big thank you to everyone who visited the OMIC Insurance Center in Orlando! Preliminary number of visits to our exhibit exceeded expectations and place this meeting in the top 10 of all meetings we’ve exhibited at since 1987.

By the Numbers:

1. More than 500 visitors to new OMIC exhibit.

2. OMIC awarded special recognition award from American Academy of Ophthalmology.

3. Estimated 800 attendees at OMIC educational seminars and events.

4. Estimated $540,000 in risk management credits earned in Orlando by OMIC physician policyholder participants.

5. 200 follow-ups for requested information at OMIC exhibit have been completed by staff.

6. Estimated 500 25th anniversary chocolate coins enjoyed by exhibit visitors.

7. OMIC sponsored state society breakfast celebrating significant legislative and public service accomplishments in 2010-2011. OMIC partners with 40 state and subspecialty societies.

20% 2012 Dividend Return for OMIC

10% Cooperative Venture Discount for all risk management 2012 activities designated as approved by state and subspecialty societies that have alliance with OMIC. Discount will average more than $1,100.
