Can I produce my own certificates of insurance online?

Yes! To generate and send proof of insurance to existing certificate holders, please click here. To access the Policyholder Services self-service center, you must be registered on MyOMIC, and your client ID must be entered in your user profile. Once in Policyholder Services, click on your policy number, then navigate to the certificates tab. Select the requested policy term (the most current term will be selected by default; this may be in the future if your renewal policy was recently issued), enter the requested effective date (the effective date must fall within the selected policy term), select the certificate(s) to be issued from the list provided (certificates can be generated for multiple certificate holders in one transaction), and click the Generate COI button. Certificates may be viewed, printed, faxed, and/or emailed from Policyholder Services.
