MyOMIC Login and Account Access September 21-26, 2016

Please note that OMIC’s online application & policyholder services (including online payments) will be down from Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 5pm PST until Monday, September 26, 2016 at 9am PST. Both services will be unavailable during this scheduled maintenance period.

If you need assistance please call (800) 562-6642 and leave a message with:

• Your Application questions at ext. 1 for the Underwriting Department (or email us at: eApp@omic.com)
• Your Policy or Certificate of Insurance needs at ext. 2 for the Support Desk
• Your Billing questions at ext. 5 for the Accounting Department

If calling during off hours, please leave a message and a staff member will return your call first thing in the morning on the next business day.
