Do I have to be ABO or AOBOO certified to qualify for OMIC coverage?

Certification status by a recognized Board is one of many factors that OMIC considers as a whole when evaluating current and potential insureds. While OMIC does not require that physicians be Board certified by the ABO or AOBOO at the time of application, an offer of coverage may be made contingent upon the physician obtaining certification within a reasonable time frame.
