OMIC Coverage Benefit for Peer Review

OMIC’s BRP benefit reimburses legal expense for peer review. Peer review is defined as a professional review action instituted against the insured by the professional review body of a hospital or other healthcare facility where the insured has clinical privileges. The review action must have the potential to adversely affect the insured’s clinical privileges in order for coverage to apply.
